Four kinds of Christmas night.

Christmas events come in different shapes — a corporate dance floor, a quiet hotel lounge, a community switch-on, a refined festive dinner. The setup changes; the festive feel stays.
01 November · December

The office Christmas do

The classic corporate Christmas — dinner, drinks, dance floor. Festive setlists laced with seasonal classics plus contemporary covers that get everyone up. Equally at home in a corporate boardroom or a full-on staff party.

Best with: Full band or Solo with backing tracks
02 November · December

The festive corporate dinner

A more refined affair. Festive background through dinner, a featured set after the meal. Suits awards nights with a seasonal feel, year-end celebrations, and client entertainment events that want polish over party.

Best with: Solo with backing tracks
03 Throughout December

The hotel Christmas residency

Live vocals in hotel lounges, restaurants, and function rooms through the festive season. Multi-night or weekly bookings — building a Christmas atmosphere across the month rather than landing it on one evening.

Best with: Solo with backing tracks or Acoustic
04 December

Family & community Christmas

Christmas lights switch-ons, community festive events, school Christmas concerts, family parties. Festive carols, sing-along classics, and the songs that make people stop scrolling and look up.

Best with: Solo or Acoustic

Three ways to bring me to Christmas.

No Christmas premium — these are the standard setups, working through December the same as any other month. Mix across one event if it suits (solo for arrivals, full band after speeches).
01

Solo with backing tracks

Polished, festive, contained. Studio-quality production behind a single live voice — sounds like a full Christmas band, fits in any room. The most flexible setup for Christmas residencies, smaller venues, and back-to-back December dates.

Best forHotel residencies, corporate dinners, smaller office parties, festive drinks receptions.
From £550
02

Acoustic with guitar

Voice and guitar — warmer, more intimate. Festive without being over the top. Ideal for community events, family gatherings, and hotel lounges where you want presence without volume.

Best forHotel lounges, community Christmas events, family parties, smaller residencies.
From £750
03

Full band

The dance-floor option for the office party. Vocals, drums, bass, guitars, keys — proper live band energy for the big festive nights. Builds the room from first festive number through to the last dance.

Best forOffice Christmas parties, large corporate events, staff parties, milestone end-of-year nights.
From £1,500

What's included.

The festive booking essentials — PAT-tested PA for venues, PLI on request, contracts that work with corporate finance teams. No surprises on the morning of the Christmas do.

  • 01

    Full PA & sound

Speakers, mics, mixer, monitor, leads. PAT-tested equipment, set up well in advance, sound-checked before guests arrive. Adapts from a small lounge residency to a full ballroom party.

  • 02

    Festive setlists, properly tuned

Roughly 30–40% Christmas content blended with contemporary covers — so the room doesn't feel like it's on jingle-bell loop. Mix can be turned up or down depending on your brief: full Christmas, or just a festive flavour.

  • 03

    Brand or theme songs

Specific Christmas requests, corporate Christmas songs, walk-on music for awards portions. Learned properly and a rehearsal clip sent before the event so the brief lands exactly right.

  • 04

PLI & PAT certs on request

Public liability insurance up to £5m. PAT certificates for all equipment. Most venues ask for both before Christmas — I can have them ready alongside the quote, no chasing required.

  • 05

    Reading the festive room

Knowing when to lean fully into festive classics versus when to mix in chart hits. When the dinner needs a soft Christmas underscore versus when the dance floor needs Slade. That comes from years of December gigs.

Before you book me.

The questions I get asked most about Christmas bookings — answered up front. Anything missing? Drop it in the enquiry.

When should we book a Christmas singer?

As early as possible — Christmas season is by far the busiest part of the diary. Most peak December dates are gone by August or September. Bookings start coming in from June onwards for the following Christmas, and the prime Fridays and Saturdays in mid-December are usually the first to go.

How much does a Christmas party singer cost?

Same pricing as the rest of the year — no Christmas premium. Solo with backing tracks from £550. Acoustic with guitar from £750. Full band from £1,500. The only thing that goes up is the chance of the date already being booked, so get in touch sooner rather than later.

How much of your set is Christmas songs?

Default mix is roughly 30–40% Christmas content alongside contemporary covers, jazz standards, and soul classics — so the night feels festive without sounding like a loop. Want full Christmas? Easy. Want just a festive flavour with mostly normal sets? Also easy. Tell me what suits the brief.

Can you do multiple Christmas events in a week?

Yes — December is structured around back-to-back bookings. Solo with backing tracks is the easiest format for tight diary days, since setup is fast and the kit fits any venue. Just flag if you want a specific date — some Saturdays and the week before Christmas are the most heavily booked.

Do you do small office parties as well as large ones?

Yes — from 20-person team dinners up to several-hundred-person corporate Christmas parties. The setup adapts to the room. Smaller events usually suit solo with backing tracks; bigger ones might warrant the full band, especially if a dance floor is involved.

Do you have PLI and PAT certificates for venues?

Yes — public liability up to £5m and PAT certificates for all kit. Most hotel and corporate Christmas venues ask for both before signing off the booking. I can send them across alongside the quote so it's one less thing on your events team's checklist.

Can you do hotel residencies through December?

Yes — Christmas residencies are part of the December diary. Multi-night, weekly, or fixed regular slots through the month all work. Discount usually available for residencies of 3+ nights — flag it in the enquiry and I'll quote accordingly.

What if the event postpones or gets cancelled?

Postponements get handled case-by-case. If we can find a new date that works, the deposit transfers across with no penalty. Cancellations follow the contract's cancellation clauses (which step down based on notice given). All written into the contract before any money changes hands.

What's the deadline for booking peak December?

There isn't a hard deadline — but peak Saturdays in December are usually booked by July or August. The closer you get to December, the less choice there is on dates. Send an enquiry now even if your plans aren't finalised — I can hold a soft date for a short window while you confirm internally.

Got a Christmas event coming up?

Peak December dates go first — book from June for guaranteed availability. Send the details and you'll have a real quote within 24 hours, plus PLI and PAT certs on request.
